Please notify us within 30 days if you need to return/exchange an item you purchased. Items must be in new condition with tags attached. If tags are removed from the item, you will receive store credit. Sale items are final - no returns/exchanges. If you send an item without requesting the return/exchange in the portal below the processing of your return could be delayed. You have 14 days to send the item to be returned; please send item with tracking number so you can confirm that we received it. If the item is received outside of this time frame you will receive store credit. USPS first class is the most economical way to do this. Free shipping orders will be refunded minus the shipping charge fee that we have paid.
