Please notify us on the website within 30 days if you need to return/exchange an item you purchased. You will do that by logging into your account on the website. Click on your order # and the top right hand corner is a button that says "request return". Once that is complete you can mail it back. Items must be in new condition with tags attached free of perfume, deodorant, animal hair etc. If tags are removed from the item, you will receive store credit. Sale items are final - no returns/exchanges. If you send an item without requesting the return/exchange on the website the processing of your return could be delayed. You have 14 days to send the item to be returned; please send item with tracking number so you can confirm that we received it. If the item is received outside of this time frame you will receive store credit. USPS first class is the most economical way to do this. Orders will be refunded minus the original shipping charge fee that we have paid.
