Orders will ship within 1-4 business days during the holiday season. All orders ship via USPS first class or priority mail. If you make an order with a pre-order/back order item the whole order will be held until said item is in stock and it can all be shipped together. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. You will receive a tracking number with all orders. If you package is shown delivered but you did not receive it, please inquire with your post office. If a package gets lost in transit, we will file an insurance claim and once it is processed we can either A. refund you the order or B. reship the products. We understand it is very frustrating and time consuming if this happens and your patience is appreciated.
Please notify us within 7 days if you need to return an item you purchased. Items must be in new condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale. Use our returns portal by clicking HERE If you send an item without first emailing us the processing of your return could be delayed. You have 14 days to send the item to be returned, please send item with tracking number so you can confirm that we received it.
